Dentistry is an exacting profession that requires knowledge, skill, and patience. Dr. Shearer strives to provide the best care possible. Individuals present with unique needs. Dr. Shearer feels her most important responsibility is to listen to her patient’s concerns.
Dr. Barbara Shearer graduated from the University of Toronto Dental School in 1989. Since that time she has attended numerous continuing education courses to strengthen her skills in implantology, Invisalign (invisible braces), cosmetic dentistry, and other areas of dentistry. Dr. Shearer finds continuing education renews her love and passion for her profession.

Dr. Shearer has been a fixture in the East York O’Connor area for more than 25 years. She loves the small town feel of the neighbourhood.
“It is such a kick to watch a child grow up in our practice and then one day, lead their child in for their first dental visit.”
