Dr. Dan Demmings graduated from Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry in Halifax, Nova Scotia after completing a BSc. in Biology at UNB.
Born in New Brunswick, this Maritimer-turned-Mountain-Town-enthusiast relocated to Fernie, British Columbia after graduating in 1993 and now happily calls this area home. He, his wife and two daughters are a family of avid mountain bikers, hikers, and skiers.
Dan embraced the world of dental continuing education very early in his career, with a focus on and passion for orthodontics and oral surgery. Training at the Kois Center in Seattle started in 2004, and he was awarded mentor status in 2006. In 2010, Dan was invited to become a clinical instructor at the Center. He continues to embrace the joys of implementing the Kois philosophy of patient care for the long-term benefit of his patients at Mountain View Dental Centre.
