Bio
Doctor Gaston was born in Argentina, however, he grew up in Madrid, Spain, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009. He enjoyed his ERASMUS scholarship for one academic year (2007-2008) in the University of Lisbon, Portugal. After that, he worked as a general dentist for two years in Spain while he was doing a part time postgraduate university degree in operatory and endodontics in the University of Seville, Spain (2009-2010). In 2010 he did a two-week clinical fellowship in oral surgery in the University of Villa Clara, Cuba.
With a lot of enthusiasm for an international adventure, he moved to Brussels, Belgium, where he worked and lived for six years. He had to learn French because he barely spoke it when he landed in the flat county. During his stay in Belgium, he also studied at the University of Lille II, France, for two years, which allowed him to obtain another postgraduate University Diploma in TMD.
He participated in the Humanitarian project developed by the NGO "Dentists without borders" in Madagascar in the summer of 2013. A couple of years later, he got accepted into the MSc in Orthodontics offered by the prestigious University of Alberta, and, like it happened with his French, he had to really fine tune his English when landed in Alberta. He studied there for three years full time and obtained the diploma that allows him to be a specialist in moving teeth in Canada.
He loves martial arts, travelling to see his family all over the World, discovering new cultures by truly integrating in them, and helping people regain their confidence and happiness through their smiles.
