Bio
Dr. Kris Currie was born and raised in our beautiful bridge city. He went on to study at the University of Saskatchewan and graduated from Dental School in 2012. Prior to that he received a degree in Physiology and a minor in Chemistry.
After practicing as a general dentist for two years Dr. Currie developed a passion for orthodontics, inspiring him to go back to school to become a specialist. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 2017 with a Masters In Orthodontics and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists. After graduation Dr. Currie returned to Saskatoon.
Dr. Currie is enthusiastic about all aspects of orthodontics, from early preventative treatment to teens and adults alike. He strives to be on top of the latest advancements in the field in both traditional braces and more aesthetic treatment modalities such as clear aligners. He finds it truly rewarding to be able to improve the function and aesthetic of a patient’s smile.
When Dr. Currie is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and experiencing new cultures through travel. You can also find him on the field or at the rink, pursuing his love of sport.
