Bio
Dr. Marissa Multari has experienced living and working in various locations across Canada. While her formative years were spent in LaSalle, Ontario, she was born in Halifax while her dad was stationed at CFB Shearwater. She later returned to the East Coast to complete her dental education at Dalhousie University. After dental school, she completed the General Practice Residency program at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, where she gained additional skills and training in various areas of dentistry including management of medically compromised patients, emergency dental care, oral surgery and conscious intravenous sedation (IV Sedation). Following her residency, she moved to Kelowna, British Columbia, where she practiced dentistry for many years.
With nearly a decade of experience, Dr. Multari is known for her kind and compassionate nature. She makes all people she meets feel welcome, seen and heard. Outside the clinic, she loves to explore the outdoors and is an avid hockey lover and player. She has a special place for animals in her heart, and has volunteered at the SPCA's behaviour, socialisation and training department for rescue animals.
After gaining diverse dental experience, Dr. Multari is excited to call the Comox Valley ‘home’ with her husband, Stu, and their two dogs Jasper and Charlie.
Dr. Multari looks forward to meeting you!
