Bio
Dr. Matthew Arthur Andre Mailloux was born in Midland, Michigan to Montrealer parents and spent his formative years in Massachusetts. He went to McGill University and received his BSc in Honours Anatomy and Cell Biology in 2000 and his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2004 with numerous clinical awards. Dr. Mailloux has practiced dentistry in northern Ontario and Nunavut for First Nations and Inuit communities and since 2010 in Ottawa after his wife accepted a job in the public service.
Dr. Mailloux and his wife have three young daughters and two big dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycling and canoe camping.
At work, Dr. Mailloux focuses on providing conservative excellence for his patients, and enjoys making all of his patients as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Dr. Mailloux volunteers regularly at The Ottawa Mission and is a member of the Ottawa Dental Society, The Ontario Dental Associate, and the Canadian Dental Association.
